The visit by Val d’Oison involved a lot of expenditure and hard work (and quite a lot of worry !) by the committee, but it was worth it !!
The dinner and dance on the Saturday evening were most enjoyable - the Band selected appropriate music, the caterers performed their duties well and the food was excellent.
The Sunday trip to London was superb and what excellent weather! The sight -seeing coach trip was so interesting , and the boat trip and ride on the “London  Eye” spoke for themselves.
This weekend was the the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the signing of the Twinning Charter and it proved to be very successful and was enjoyed by all who took part.
